Welcome to your beautifully renovated home away from home! This ground-floor apartment offers modern comfort, convenience, and easy access to the city center and the better beaches north of Barcelona. - La Maquinista Shopping Mall, one of the largest in Barcelona, 12 minute walk. Great food, great brands.
- Ultimate Convenience: There is an open, free parking lot right next to the building (very rare in Barcelona) if you have a car and if you have a bike you won't have to carry it up any stairs.

Modern and functional apartment, close to public transportation, parks, beaches, shops, etc. We had everything we needed for our stay: air conditioning, WiFi, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, all in a good shape. Check in and the communication with the owner was wonderful. Nora waited for us in the apartment at check in and was kind to show us around - metro station, grocery shops, mall, all walking distance.The apartment is in the ground floor and has metal grids on windows for safety, not a lot of light. However, even though it’s facing a road, it didn’t have a lot of outside noise.
