Excellent location. House was Excellent also nothing but good things to say. If you are lokking for a spot in duluth and neat spirit mountain this is an excellent choice.

Great place to stay! Easy check-in. Quick responses. Clean and tidy. Good location. Many board games and lawn games at the property. Highly recommend!

Our group of 3 couples loved our stay at this newly built property. We especially loved having a washer and dryer on each floor as we arrived after 11 days driving cross country. The beds were all very comfortable as was the furniture. Very appreciated in a group of tall people! We range from 6'6"-5'8'. We did not use either the hot tub or sauna, but appreciated knowing they were available. Some type of window covering in the downstairs living room would have been appreciated for privacy at night, but perhaps this is due to construction ongoing on nearby houses? We did not notice any construction noise. We would all highly recommend!
