76 m2. More information by the provider: 3.5 room attic apartment (76sqm) on the 2nd floor of a chalet built in 1983. Quiet location with beautiful view over the Saanenland. 2 large balconies with garden furnitures. Store room for skis and shoes as well as a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use. Close to the ski slope Eggli-Rübeldorf. Ideal starting point for hiking tours. Close to the train station and the centre of the village. There are 100 steps leading from the parking to the apartment on the 2nd floor. 1 garage and 1 outdoor parking space are available.
1 bedroom with double bed (2x90x200cm). 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). Living-/dining room with sofa, chimney, TV, WiFi and table with chairs. Open-plan kitchen with oven and ceramic hub, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), filter coffee machine, raclette- et fondue set. 1 bathroom with bathtub/toilet. Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, hot water, parking, garage, WiFi, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Washing machine, tumble dryer, capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine and filtered coffee. ***Pets not allowed***.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Zwei Balkone gegen vorne und hinten, hinten etwas mehr. Geschirr und Besteck ist kein Sammelsurium der letzten 10 Generationen sondern aus einem Guss. Die 102 Stufen vom Parkplatz bis zum Eingang sind nicht zu unterschätzen ;-) Schön, bzw. WICHTIG, wäre mindestens ein zusätzlicher Schlüssel, v.a. wenn die Bewohner unterschiedliches Tagesprogramm haben.
