Child friendly, beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Crap Milan", built in 1984. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the grounds, except in winter 200 m. Footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track, ice rink 350 m.

Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, the resort and the river. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. :in the period of snow the parking space in front of the house can`t be used, in 300m paid parking space "Plan weis", Swisscom TV 2.0.
