About this house rental
Great Location! Come and relax in this quiet, safe neighborhood! Master bedroom with a full bathroom /Jet tub a queen bed, and a large smart TV. The second bedroom has a double bed with smart TV. Open concept kitchen, dining/living room. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer are in the hallway. Basic soaps, bed sheets, blankets, pillows are provided. No laundry detergent provided.
You can relax in the partially covered deck, with a propene grill and a table with siting capacity for 4 people.
If you want to visit downtown Nashville it will take you only 15 minutes to get there, 3 minutes from by-pass 386, 5 minutes from Interstate 65. 10 minutes from the lake, and a walking distance dog park.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. There were a few minor issues. We couldn’t watch the TV in the living room because we don’t have a Netflix account but the tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t require us to use our own accounts. Lots of dog hair in the floor but we have dogs at home so it wasn’t a great concern. But with 150 cleaning fee I would expect that to be somewhat better. No wash cloths in the master bathroom and the mirror which plugs in for lighting had electrical tape holding the plug on and the hall bathroom towel rack was close to falling off the wall and the shower faucet was loose. Not the best place we have stayed but not the worst experience either. Most were just minor things so…

We needed fully furnished place to stay while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. This place was great. It had all the amenities that we needed. But, the best of all was the owner. She was so quick to respond anytime we needed anything or just had a question. Her communication was outstanding. Made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. And she was so accomadating. When we needed to extend our stay for a few days she made it seemless.

This is a perfect location for softball/baseball tournaments. Quiet, safe and peaceful, but close to restaurants and shopping.

PLEASE READ and take my advice… I did not take the advice of the previous reviews… First off, for the amount that you pay to stay at this house, you would think that you would have access to the whole house… NOPE! Four doors, including the garage and main living room are locked and restricted areas. That said, the outlets in the kitchen are not properly installed, and simply by trying to make a pot of coffee, tripped the breaker. Oh wait…. We couldn’t fix it, due to the panel box being in one of the restricted areas!!! That’s super safe! I was charged extra for a rolling cot that was nasty. Ended up buying a blow up mattress so my daughter was comfortable. In the small bedroom, there wasn’t any privacy curtains, just sheers… and my daughter didn’t feel comfortable changing during the day in there. The outside, looked as if the grass was not mowed in weeks, to the point where we tried to use the hose out back and the weeds were as tall as the hose bib! I was not trying to get through all that to use it! Unless these matters are taken care of, and proper access is allowed, I wouldn’t recommend.
