About this house rental
This beautiful new apartment is one of 4 apartments which have been sensitively renovated throughout from what had been an old barn originally. Filled with charm and character, this 2 bedroom apartment can be found to the first floor and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. It has capacity for up to 4 people and is located in the village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400) in the heart of the Claree Valley. For those looking to visit in the winter, it is perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m away (door to piste). However also well placed for both resorts Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier at a short 10 min drive in either direction. For those who aren't looking to drive, private door to piste transfers can be pre-booked for a supplementary fee (details below).
First floor apartment:
Lounge area with sofa
Kitchen area - 4 ring hob, grill oven, fridge freezer, small appliances including coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
6 seater dining table and chairs
Rooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with mountain views
Bedroom 2: Twin room with built-in bed over (3 single beds)
Shower room
Separate toilet
Garden: free access to a communal garden space, shared with residents from the surrounding apartments. For apartments Elise, Ella and Amelie - access is via Rue des Granges, a short walk away.
Outdoor jacuzzi to shared garden area. Can be pre-booked per night for a supplementary fee of 90€ per night (subject to availability - please ask for details)

Quite good location to reach several big ski areas. Building itself is very unusual.
The room with 3 beds looked bigger than on the picture and is missing a window. Go-Montgenevre team support was really good.
