We had a great stay at this centrally located apartment. The large apartment was furnished with everything we needed along with extra details like kitchen drawers being labeled so no need to search in every cabinet and drawer. The bookstore and coffee shop downstairs are a must visit. It was super clean. Maddie was very responsive and helpful when we had a shower drain issue and sent someone to fix it right away. We found that parking in the parking deck off Washington St was fairly easy and close. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Greensboro.

This is a great place. It's a vintage building with lots of updates, very cute and the tons of space. We really liked it. Very clean, easy check in/out, nice little roof deck when the weather permits. Awesome water pressure in the showers!!Plenty of coffee shops, thrift stores, other shopping very close.

Great location in the heart of downtown Greensboro! Great restaurants, shopping, deserts is all just steps away and that's what we enjoyed most. The master suite in the back with it's own seperate sitting area as well as both a tub and turbo shower was amazing! Especially enjoyed sitting on the roof top porch one evening as well and the "pack & go" policy on checkout day was very a very nice suprise! Maddie was a great communicator as well when we had a small issue with the T.V.
