The Residence Solevacanze aims to provide every guest with comfort and coziness in a pleasant atmosphere. It is the ideal vacation destination for discerning guests and anyone who wishes to escape the stress of everyday life. Peace and relaxation near one of Sardinia’s most beautiful and longest sandy beaches.
Summer vacations are also available during Pentecost and in October (air: 20–27°C and water: 20–23°C)
The Residence Solevacanze offers beautiful and stylishly furnished apartments for 2–8 people. The accommodations are located on a hill in the village of La Ciaccia (in the municipality of Valledoria), not far from the sea (300 m) and the sandy beach (400 m). The apartments (all equipped with 2 bathrooms) are spacious and feature a garden and, depending on their location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with a sea view. All accommodations are of high quality, tastefully furnished in the Sardinian style, and fully equipped. They offer, among other amenities, satellite TV, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a barbecue.
Within walking distance, you’ll find 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable vendor, a butcher, a bakery, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream shop, 2 children’s playgrounds, and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches for nearly 15 km to the east.
To the west, you’ll also find a rocky coastline (ideal for snorkeling and diving). All shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets are open year-round. The supermarkets also open their doors on Sunday mornings during the “winter months.”

(5) On the grounds of the Sa Fiorida vacation homes: a soccer field, a volleyball court, and bocce courts. These can be used by all our guests at any time, free of charge.
(6) Just 200-400 meters away is a 15-kilometer-long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia—plenty of space to run around and relax
(7) Numerous outdoor sports activities (year-round): sailing school and rentals, surfing and diving school, SUP, kitesurfing, canoe excursions and rentals, boat trips on the Coghinas River
(8) Local shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bars, a bakery, a church, and a playground are just a short walk away. The largest local supermarket is open year-round, including Sunday mornings.
(9) More than 50 km of trails and paths for hiking, walking, and biking
(10) We also organize excursions on land and water (biking and hiking tours)
Thanks to the very mild temperatures during the so-called winter months, you can enjoy numerous outdoor activities.
