- Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 toilet, 2 bathrooms, 1 family room-children-games.
- Canoeing, kayaking or boarding for fun in the water are available in the garden.
It is agreed that the use of this equipment is the responsibility of the tenants who have rented the house.

Lovely property, right on the beach. Perfect for Kayaking and swimming, especially when the tide is in. It's also great location for cycling and the small ferries make it easy to get around and explore the region without the car.Vannes is a lovely town with good shops and restaurants.

Nice Family beach house. Perfect for Young kids. Shallow waters in front of the house and you can kayak.
