Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views spanning the coastline's sugar-white sands and emerald-green water. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Ariel Dunes, I offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 12,000sf pool featuring zero entry, and a spacious deck for lounging and catching rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

The Dolphin Reef is part of a larger network of four snorkeling reefs, covering 40 acres of permitted sea bottom, and is situated at a depth of 12-20 feet. We highly recommend using a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the reefs, as sea conditions can change quickly. Enjoy your adventure!
