About this house rental
Newly remodeled quaint home just 9 miles south (10 minutes) from downtown Moab. This adorable home sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful custom kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy all your meals. Beautifully landscaped and partially fenced yard with mature shade trees and plenty of parking for all your outdoor machines, trucks and trailers. The house features a comfortable living room with fireplace, shuffleboard table and 58" smart TV. The dining area just off of the kitchen comfortably seats 6. The back patio area has a BBQ grill for nights you want to cook out. The main bedroom (bedroom #1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge soaking tub and walk-in shower and king size bed. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and smart TV. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have queen size beds, small dressers and closets. There are multiple places on the property to relax and take in views of the La Sal Mountains, the Moab Canyon Rim or unbelievable sunsets and stars. The house has been very comfortably and tastefully decorated with guests comfort in mind.

*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside please clean up after yourself.

*San Juan County has a strict noise ordinance after 10:00pm and before 7:00am. Violators of this ordinance will be asked to leave without refund.
*Please turn off all exterior lights when not in use and before going to bed.

The Trail Chaser home was exceptional in every way and so was the host! The home was conveniently located minutes away from downtown Moab and the numerous parks that make this place so special! The property was also convenient for pets with plenty of privacy and a beautifully green lawn for their use. We will be back for sure!!

The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the yard was nice for my kids. There was tons to do in Moab so we had an adventure every day.

3 days 2 nights. Wishing we had stayed longer! We've been coming to Moab for several years but had missed the last 5 years.
