Self-contained modern, warm and cosy studio (below the main house) with queen bed, en-suite and tiled kitchenette / study area. Perfect for single or couple for short stays in Armidale when visiting Armidale for intensive schools, work or family visits.

The studio has a separate entrance from the back garden of the house - it overlooks the garden.

Super clean, neat and tidy. It’s small but has everything you could possibly need. I can’t think of a negative on this property.

Perfect spot for my intensive school stay. I was late to arrive into Armidale and could drive right up to the door to my private space with super easy instructions from Martina. Big comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower after long days, and equipped with everything you need to put together breakie or a light dinner. Very convenient location too, I was able to walk down into town (20 mins) and a quick 10 minute drive over to the university even in ‘peak school traffic’ time. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks for the great stay.

Kitchen had everything you need for a light breakfast, microwave, toaster, jug, crockery and utensils.. we had no other meals at the studio..
