About this apartment rental

Superior quality apartment on the beachfront. Highest guest rating in the village. Home staging decoration and services. Sea views, promenade on doorstep. Quiet neighborhood Located close the lighthouse. Swimming pool (summer), shared parking. Bus stops and mall are just a walk away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a balcony with views over the sea and one bathroom. The living room is linked to kitchen. The size of your bed is 145cm x 195 cm. and there is a safe box in your room.

The flat is in the seafront promenade, zero minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to the bus stop. There you can take buses to Málaga, Granada, Almería, Córdoba, etc. We can arrange to collect you from the airport.

There is a big supermarket near the building (10 minutes walking), and little shops are closer, as well a pharmacy, coffe shops, bakeries, excellent fruit shops and restaurants. A public big hospital is 5 minutes by car, and doctors are on walking distance. You can have excellent breakfasts and meals in the restaurant next to our house where will enjoy the landscape and the relaxing atmosphere.

Beach towels, sun umbrella and beach chair, all included in the fee.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Torre del Mar Lighthouse area is very quiet sunny and relaxed suburb.
There are people living all over the year, is a real town. Foreigners love stay there during autumn, winter and spring. Summer is very hot !!

You can meet easily spanish people and from your own country as well.

HOW TO MOVE

There is main bus station connecting Torre del Mar with Málaga and Granada. It is easy to reach Córdoba, Seville and the main important towns by bus + train. Don't hesitate to ask us.

The taxi station is close and you can reach the airport via taxi or transfer bus.
Free transfer from Malaga or Seville airport.

There is a private shared parking in the building.

We stayed for six weeks in this superb apartment. There was a welcome fruit basket and a bottle of wine left for us by the owners and the place was impeccable. The apartment is central, comfortable, bright and perfect for a couple or a small family. Thoughtfully equipped and lovingly maintained by Asael and Manuela, who were in touch to make sure everything was okay and responded quickly to all queries. It greatly contributed to our wonderful stay in Torre del Mar, we would most certainly book again and thoroughly recommend it. Dorrett and Pedro

Situated in a very convenient position in Torre del Mar, close to all amenities including restaurants and beach Chiringuitos. The accommodation was excellent, again everything we could wish for, and obviously a well loved beachside retreat for our hosts. Particularly helpful were the video guides as to how to gain access to the apartment and also how to use the washer and drying machines. Highly recommended and somewhere we would happily return to sometime in the future.

Dish missing so had to involve engineer Constant trouble with bathroom Toilet running continually A flood from hand basin outlet pipe Two call out for plumber, still not sorted out but liveable WEEK AND A HALF LOCKDOWN in apartment Lost 11 days of holiday due to government enforcements on travel Evacuation flight out on 20 th March Not a holiday experience we want to repeat !

As the previous visitors described the apartment is well equipted with everything you need for a beach holiday (towels, beach seats, umbrella etc) The flat was waiting for us with a bucket of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine and lots of other things (food, cosmetic etc). Well equipted kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer. Everything is in walking distance, most importantantly beach 1 minute. On the other hand because of the location the place is extremely noisy next to the beach road, next to the theam park which is open until 1:30am. In regards the broadband it is good for general use but it is too slow to video conferencing. Parking could be a struggle in high season cause there is no allocated parking space although there are many spaces around the building in the locked yard. Overall good holiday regarding the flat we only had one issues in regards the hot water. The flat was waiting for us with the broken shower tap which was a bit unfortunate. So the water was either too hot or cold which was a bit of a bummer with the small kid not being able to get her properly showered after a beach day :/ The owner explain us when we moved in that the shower in not 100% but it was a real struggle get it resolved properly. We moved in on Sunday and we got it sorted on Wednesday morning with a bit of a push on my side on Tuesday cause his original plan was to get it fixed on Thursdays (this is not what you want to deal with on your holiday). The fix was simple they just had to replace the tap. Probably cost something insignificant. I've asked him for a competition for the 2.5days strugle with the water which he agreed to refund us but he stated that he wants us to leave him feedback on home and away before hand what I find a bit strange. So far the compensation has not arrived neither he is replying on my whatsup messages which leaves me with a bit of a bitter after taste :/ As a feedback flow of the website does not allow me to submit an update I leave the rest with you...
