The property was very nice. The kitchen could use some upgrades to the refrigerator. All the door pieces were broken and the inside was rusty in the freezer as well as the shower curtain was moldy and the tissue holder was rusty. Nothing major just a few upgrades I would fix. But I love the location and the comfort of the house. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a repeat visit for us. We love the open area for family visiting, the large kitchen area, the proximity to the beach path and the sunrise porch. We will be back!

this is the cutest place ever! my husband and I got married on Sanibel and we booked both of these homes for some friends to stay in. It was all so so perfect! Thank you for the beach toys and puzzles. It was so islandy and cozy.

The beds were comfortable. The location was good. The kitchen was not acceptable. There were no teaspoons and what was there were missing rivets andwobbly handles. The pots and pans were in worse condition. There were two small glasses. Chipped dishes. The refrigerator was rusted and broken inside, it kept everything cold however no icemaker and only two ice trays kind of slim for the beach. The house was clean. The balcony railing was seriously loose. Lack of a bike trail leaving the house was very difficult. Will not be a repeat customer. Disappointed in Rosen Properties
