Located in the modern Strandhäuser complex on Lindenstraße, this light-filled, modern vacation apartment awaits you, featuring a living area of approximately 74 m², 2 bedrooms, and a balcony, accommodating up to 4 people plus a baby on the 2nd floor.
The vacation rental features a spacious living/dining area with an integrated kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc., are provided. Entertainment in the living room is provided by a TV, DVD player, and stereo/CD system. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and another bedroom has 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm) and an additional TV. The beautiful shower room with a washing machine is sure to put you in a good mood. Enjoy your vacation on the sunny, furnished balcony-loggia facing west. The windows are fitted with insect screens (except for the slanted attic windows).
An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle (space no. 8). A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building.
There are 2 bicycle parking spaces available at the building. The property features a shared garden with a barbecue area (only electric grills are permitted). Wi-Fi is available.
