Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 3, 23746 Kellenhusen.
A first-class vacation home: In the newly built “Im Sonnengarten” residential complex, this modern 2-room PAULSEN No. 15 vacation apartment awaits you on the first floor, complete with a sun terrace and sauna. With a living area of approximately 56 m², up to 2 people can enjoy pure relaxation.
Bright, welcoming, and featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, this modern, barrier-free apartment welcomes you. The furnishings have been lovingly selected and promise a guaranteed sense of well-being. In the spacious living and dining area, a smart TV ensures great entertainment. Spend your evenings on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. When the weather is nice, head out to the furnished terrace. Enjoy your vacation here or plan your excursions along the Baltic Sea coast. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and is sure to delight home cooks. After cooking and feasting, a dishwasher takes care of the cleanup. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and another TV. The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a sauna, provides warmth and relaxation even on colder days. The entire apartment features underfloor heating. You’ll find a washer-dryer in the storage room.
An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 2 m, steep entrance; not suitable for VW buses or similar vehicles). You’re welcome to store your bicycles in the lockable outdoor storage room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
