Main floor living quarters very spacious and comfortable. Upstairs needs lots of updating. Both rooms only full beds is bad. Remove armoires, remove tub, replace with shower. Check leaky faucets and very low water flow from sink in master. Patio looks great on promo picture but filthy in reality.
