Choose from two stylish apartments featuring living rooms and one bedroom, or opt for the larger apartment with three bedrooms and a living room, ideal for families or groups. Additionally, two apartments with two bedrooms and a living room provide the perfect balance of comfort and space.
Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
Guests can indulge in the ultimate wellness experience, with a dedicated wellness zone that includes a Finnish sauna, shower, and jacuzzi, ensuring complete relaxation after a day by the sea. The villa’s expansive 70 m² terrace, complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, offers the perfect spot to unwind while taking in stunning sunset views. For those who enjoy dining al fresco, the summer kitchen with a grill provides the ideal setting for preparing and sharing meals with loved ones.

This is the perfect jumping off point to famous Croatian islands, is ideally situated near the fabulous, energetic city of Split and the more mellow, yet equally gorgeous, seaside town of Trogir. It is truly a retreat for those looking to get away from it all. Our guests have a private boat berth on disposal as well. The villa is located only 6 km from Split airport, 4 km from Trogir town (part of UNESCO heritage), 30 km from city of Split (also part of UNESCO heritage. Visitors can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline , such as national parks Krka, Kornati islands, Mljet and Plitvice Lakes, or Red and Blue lakes beside Imotski. In the end, why not take a trip to south to explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik. There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, and you can park your vehicles securely on-site.
Sun-lounges flank on the balconies, affording stunning panoramic views. Waterfront dining and patio dining areas with the option of cooking on a traditional stone BBQ will allow you some peaceful outdoor living. Communication from owner Mislav was excellent from the start. The apartment was spacious , modern with quality fittings and finishes, immaculately clean and with everything you would require and more. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and hairdryers. The apartment is a few steps from the waters edge with a spectacular view from the large balcony. There are 4 restaurants within 5 mins walk . For 50 kuna return ,you can get an open boat to Trogir ( about 45 mins away) .
Mislav's apartment was the last leg of our trip from Split to Dubrovnik and return to Split . We stayed only 2 nights but wished for longer , very relaxing and only 20 mins by car to airport. Or 20 Euros . However our host was very kind and dropped us off ! Thank you Mislav . We hope to return and spend a few days longer next time . Top class apartment with million dollar view .

We were so happy with the apartment. Everything we needed was in the home. It was very convenient to walk over to the beach and sea. It was near to shops, restaurants, places of interest. Mislav and his mother made us very welcome. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you
