We had a lovely time at Cinnamon Shores. The staff was extremely helpful and generous on multiple occasions. We had accidentally left a child’s item. They look for it, found it, and mailed it to us. That speaks to how personal they are. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Our rental was so clean and has a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The main room with the kitchen dining and living area is a lot bigger than what it looks like in pictures! Also I saw a review stating to bring your own beach towels which I’d agree with but there were plenty of bath towels for showers for a fam of 6 plus you can always use the washer and dryer if needed. Overall the rooms were comfortable and everything was great.

Our rental was very nice; however, for the price, the beach trash was horrendous. I have stayed at resorts of a similar price point with pristine beaches that are cleaned up prior to chairs being setup. My children could not even build sandcastles due to huge piles of actual trash on the beach and seaweed that could have been cleaned up. I've stayed at resorts of a similar price point and with the resources available they have an actual beach rake machine that is used daily to clean up trash, seaweed and debris and I think that perhaps Cinnamon Shores should invest. Their pool was also very, very dirty. I also attempted to work out in the gym, but it was overrun by adolescent boys playing on gym equipment - perhaps a better system should be put in place.
