Très bonne qualité de l'appartement (mobilier, petit matériel....). Parfait !
Le thème des cadres photos peut susciter une certaine mélancolie. Mais cela reste très subjectif !

Die Aussicht auf den Ozean, die Ruhe und die Sauberkeit
Fernbedienung ( automatisch) für das Eingangstor zum Parkplatz wäre für alle eine große Erleichterung. Größere, oder zusätzliche Müllcontainer.
