For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking (limited number of spaces), public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Calahonda" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 2 km.
