Enjoy a fabulous stay at the beach in this beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath unit at the ever-popular Gulf Place!
Perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico in the center of Anna Maria Island, Gulf Place is a small, thoughtfully designed, and carefully maintained condo complex that offers guests a beach vacation to remember. All units are nestled around a heated pool, and each features a view of the crystal-blue waters and white sand that have made ...the Gulf Coast of Florida so famous. One of the Island's few tennis courts is located at the front of the property.
Unit 10 has been renovated by new owners creating a perfect beach experience for their guests. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open and inviting, with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless appliances, beachy furnishings, and a big breakfast bar perfect for visiting with family. The large TV can be viewed from anywhere in the room.
Just off the living area is an inviting balcony, the perfect spot for kicking back with a cocktail and a view of the beach.
Down the hall you'll find the laundry room and two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bath, and mounted TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a mounted TV over the dresser with a bathroom located just across the hall.
The many amenities of Anna Maria Island are close at hand via the Island's free trolley; the southbound route passes right in front of the complex. Walk down the beach as far as you'd like, and hop the trolley home! Shopping, dining, and a variety of recreational adventures can be found nearby in the village of Anna Maria, south in Bradenton Beach, or right there in the heart of Holmes Beach.
One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! Six is the maximum occupancy per unit. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair! BeachRentals.Mobi is privileged to manage several more beautiful units in Gulf Place.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo had everything we needed. When we had an issue with our WIFI & TV they were there to fix it promptly. The view of the Gulf was wonderful. We booked for next year.

We stayed last year in the same unit. Was just as beautiful as last time. This time the unit could have been a little more clean. My nose ring fell on floor by the toilet. I wiped my hand around to find it. A bunch of dirt and hair were all over my hands. Also, we found several Palmetto bugs dead. There were a few stains on the master bedrooms sheets and washcloths None of these are really a big deal except the sheets and washcloths. People are terrified they will be charged a cleaning fee when they see these things. Every time we stay there, we meet tons of new people. Never anyone disrespectful. Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Wish quests could use the pullout couch.

Location and property was great - we were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only suggestion was to maybe have more seating. Watching football with a sofa and recliner with 4 people was a little tight.
