Single-family house "Villa Brigantin", 2 storeys. In the district of Port Argelès, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: garden 800 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool angular, fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 1.7 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 3 km, sandy beach "Plage du port" 500 m, diving center 150 m. Sports harbour 150 m, golf course (27 hole) 14 km, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: Plage du Racou 1.6 km, Aqualand Saint-Cyprien 8 km. Hiking paths: Les Albères 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint-Cyprien, 12 km.

Dit huis ligt echt op een top locatie! Daar moet je dit huis echt voor huren. In een rustige woonwijk, op loopafstand van de haven (met oa een klein buurtsupertje en een bakker) en het strand. Het huis zelf is op zich best ruim. Alleen alles wat er in staat is oud. Dit huis en de tuin heeft echt weer een beetje liefde nodig. Als je net als ons veel buiten bent en daar minder waarde aanhecht, dan is dit huis echt een aanrader. Voor luxe en moderne inrichting zou ik verder zoeken.
