About this house rental

Cosy, comfortable house "Tossal Gros", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, in a sunny position, 3 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: beautiful garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (3 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 2.4 km, railway station 2.4 km, ferry 4.2 km, sandy beach 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, hi-fi system, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Location très bien équipée. Belle vue sur Denia et le château. Maison très propre avec climatisation très appréciable. Piscine pas immense mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et jouer. Bon emplacement. Proche du centre et de la plage. Impasse pour se stationner. Il y avait la wifi mais nous n avons pas eu d Internet. Sinon à recommander sans hésitation.

Casa ideal para pasar unos días en familia lo. La limpieza perfecta, ubicación genial, cerca del pueblo pero a la vez alejado del jaleo. La casa con muchas calidades y cuidada. No les falta detalle en la cocina ni en las habitaciones. La atención para la recogida y devolución de llaves muy bien también. Muy recomendable!!!
