Seaside La Casita is a Cuvée-renovated Travel + Leisure Top 100 Villa in the exclusive Villas Del Mar community at Palmilla. Five ocean-view bedroom suites, a heated infinity pool with a custom star-lit floor, a spa, palapa bar, pizza oven, fire bowls, and a fully independent Guesthouse with its own kitchen and terrace define the property. Sleeps up to 10 guests.
THE SPACE
The heated infinity pool's floor is illuminated by a custom installation mirroring the star positions at the birth of the owner's daughters. The great room opens completely through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows to the Sea of Cortez. An outdoor kitchen runs alongside the indoor chef's kitchen. The independent Guesthouse — once a creative retreat where Stevie Nicks famously wrote music — has its own private entrance, gourmet kitchen, and living room.

This is my most favorite property in all of Cabo. The views are breathtaking and the accommodations are super luxurious. I love how the villa is designed - everyone feels like they have their own private space.

Can't emphasize enough how incredible our long weekend was at this villa. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of amenities. It sets the bar very high for future vacations. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

The Casita has the most stunning views I've ever seen. We woke up the whales jumping in the water and fresh Mexican coffee. And at night we turned on music, hung out in the infinity pool, and watched the stars. It's the most relaxing place I've ever been. The design is really well done, and made it feel like authentic Baja.

The property is simply breathtaking. Located on a hillside above the ocean, this place has fabulous views and a wonderful outdoor space. It's the ideal place to come with a group of people (especially couples) as the rooms are spread out throughout the house (giving a real sense of privacy). There is also ample dining and living space so it's the perfect spot to host a dinner party (or a tequila tasting). The decor is stunning but you feel right at home!
The house manager was also a delight to work with - she made sure we had everything we needed (including an incredible spread of food and fresh margaritas upon arrival :))
I HIGHLY recommend this property!
