Enjoy your dream vacation at Villa Babudri only 8min drive from beach in Porec. Villa was built in 2016 and made of stone in traditional Istrian way.
Villa Babudri has four elegantly decorated Bedrooms. All Bedrooms are spacious and fitted with elegant furnishing and comes with an en suite bathroom, an LCD flat-screen Smart TV, king size plus bed (200x210cm), air conditioning and a terrace with the sea view. The whole villa has WiFi internet and floor heating. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dinning area and the cozy living room. This bright space is open, allowing the guests to enjoy a wonderful view into the garden and the swimming pool. Pool can be heated.*
At the Villa Babudri you can enjoy in hot tub and sauna, relax and unwind by the pool, set in in the property's own garden equipped with high-quality loungers and enjoy the smell of Mediterranean flowers and spices. In the evenings, the spacious terrace area is a wonderful spot to enjoy in romantic sunsets.
The wonderful historic village of Visnjan is located only 500 m away, where you can find a bakery, an excellent butcher, a small supermarket and restaurants. Visnjan is a place tied with stars, famous for an astronomical observatory.

The house is very comfortable and located in the heights of Visjnan in quiet surroundings with a view on the sea far away. The swimming pool and terrace are very nice. Every service is high quality and the owner is very kind. The housekeeper is very helpful and shared a lot of tips with us to discover the area of Visjnan and Porec. If you are looking for great family holidays, book here !

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location, surrounded by green trees where birds sing all day long. Room was lovely and really well and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom floor was heated, there was plenty of storage space and excellent toiletries and a great shower. The villa is quietly luxurious and makes a great haven in nature but located short drive to coast and walking distance from a beautiful town center of Visnjan. It was great and I would recommend it to everyone!

The villa succeeds by understanding and caring for the desires of the guests than just standard "off the menu" service.
The ambiance in the villa is surreal; it is an ideal setup for a family vacation or a friendly getaway; to enjoy in the laidback layout of the facilities and the surrounding areas.
The host is there to suggest everything from restaurant recommendations to where to set a perfect day out with your family.
