The property was comfortable for what we needed- a place to sleep and refresh. It was very clean. The shower water was hot and the pressure was great! The location is exactly what we needed. The stairs coming in are very narrow. The check in process was easy. Outside noise wasn't an issue. I would recommend to others.

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown. Very secure, with a police station just up the street. The neighbourhood was very noisy all night. The space was clean and adequate space, but had absolutely minimalist furnishings. It could use better dressers, something more than a rolling coat rack, and better bedding. The water pressure was excellent, but the shower drain was slow. For Manhattan, we’d give it four stars. For anywhere else it would get three.

We couldn’t find a way to turn the heat on. Tried the radiator and it didn’t work. So we went without heat the whole trip
