Located 100 meters from the beach of St Felix, one of the most beautiful of Guadeloupe, villa ground floor with beautiful swimming pool, nice tropical garden and 322 sq feet covered terrace. Well ventilated and comfortable (garden furniture deckchairs +BBQ + outdoor shower ). Private car-park
All housing equipped with shutters. The appartment can accommodate up to 7 people. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned at night and equipped with mosquito nets, fan and clock radio. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment (fridge with top freezer / dishwasher / mini oven / microwave oven / coffee machine / Nespresso /tea-pot / kettle / toaster- iron and ironing board / washing machine), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC /2 large living room sofas / TV - WIFI – small safe. Bed sheets / towels / tea towels
200 m from the house, you have a bakery, supermarket, laundry, local vendors of fruits and vegetables and fishermen.
A few supplies for a first breakfast are offered. Car rental assistance. Arrival and departure any day of the week.

Alex and Annie were delightful and helpful hosts. The property allowed us to be absolute vegetables. We explored GrandeTerre our first 6 days, but we never got in our car after that. Instead, we walked through the neighborhood to the bakery, grocery store and vegetable stand; we hiked along the coast; we took picnics to the beach; and we lounged at the beautifully-landscape pool.
