Great proximity for the TCM Film Fest. Walk everywhere. The property was safe (gated), quiet, clean, well appointed, and Eddy (host) was very responsive / great communication. Perfect for 2 couples since we had 2 full bathrooms. Mothers Market and Maggie’s Donuts nearby too!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend Hollywood getaway. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment but tucked away just enough. Great host, very responsive!

The owner responded immediately to all of my questions. The house was fully furnished with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The bedding was clean and in excellent condition. The location was incredible for exploring Hollywood. There is a convenince store right on the corner. The automatic gate and other security features made us feel at ease.
Please note, the driveway is directly off of a main surface street and can be a little difficult pulling in and out of during busy periods.
I would definitely come back for future visits.

Everything was fine but the towels were damp when we arrived, so wanted to put thrm in dryer but other towels & sheets were in dryer; not a big deal but inconvenient. The Walk of Stars is about a 25 minute walk.
