Tucked on a quiet street near Alys Beach, this 3-bedroom home is ideal for families, friends, and anyone looking for the charm of Old Florida with modern comforts.
Whether you’re riding to the beach on one of the included bikes, sipping coffee on the front porch, or exploring nearby Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest, this cottage delivers the best of 30A - quiet but close to everything. The cottage features updated, beachy furnishings and cozy spaces for lounging, dining, or working remotely.
What You'll Love:
• 4 adult bikes + cargo and Burley child bike trailers
• 4 backpack beach chairs + beach towels included
• Golf cart parking (5 first-come, first-serve spots at neighborhood access*)
• Secure bike storage at the beach access
• Fully-equipped kitchen & fresh interiors (2025)
• Quiet neighborhood perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls
• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – perfect for families or couples traveling together
• Shaded partially-fenced yard – great for kids or pups!

Located on the desirable East End of 30A, you’re just a short stroll to the beach and a quick ride to top restaurants and shops — but tucked away enough to truly relax.
Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• No overnight street parking
House Rules
• No smoking or vaping in home or grounds
• No parties or events, local ordinance quiet hours start at 10PM
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• We ask primary guest to sign a simple digital rental agreement within 24 hours and verify ID (quick selfie + photo ID). Thank you for helping us protect our home and community!

Beautifully renovated property, very nice neighborhood, pet friendly home and yard, private beach access, was not crowded, easily accessible from property and all of the hottest spots on 30a, property manager easily accessible for any issues and went out her way to prevent any possible issues. We had such an amazing experience! The home was beautiful and very clean. Brittany always responded almost instantly to my messages and was so polite; you couldn't ask for a better host! Being that we had small children, we decided to rent a golf cart from Coastal Carts to travel back and fourth to the private beach access. They provided everything you could need for a home away from home especially with littles. We look forward to returning next year!

We were looking for a relaxing getaway with our pup, and this place was perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Appreciated the extra touches, will be back.

We had the best time at Clareon Cottage! The location was perfect — just a quick walk or bike ride to a quiet, private beach that felt like a hidden gem. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the bikes and beach gear that were included — such a great bonus!
