THE PROPERTY ITS VERY WELL SITUATED A WALKING DISTANCE OF THE MALL ** LA ISLA AND RIGHT ACROSS STREET FROM A RESTAURANT **LA VACA ARGENTINA, IT IS VERY SUNNY ITS LOCATED IN THE CORNER OF TORRE 3000 SECOND FLOOR, IT FACES TWO DIFERENT VIEWS, 3 BIG BALCONIES THE COMPLEX HAS 5 SWIMING POOLS 4 INFINITY POOL.
A GYM, AND A PRIVATE BEACH. I LOVE!!!.. IT IS VERY RELAXING.

Everything was as advertised and then some. There wasn't anything not supplied that you could want on vacation. Only small issue was figuring out the various remotes. The pool was awesome. The food from the restaurant was inexpensive and very good. All the staff were very friendly. Maria was an amazing hostess, thank you! Should we return to PV, will look to see if this is available.

Location, unit and property amenities are terrific. For longer stays, Costco and Soriano Hiper are close by. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and the on-site restaurant is also good. The pools and associated hot tubs are great and the beach is right here. If you expect guests, be aware that the sofa couch isn't particularly comfortable. Also, this is a 2nd floor unit (very convenient for getting in and out) that sits in the SE corner of Torre 3000 so there is only a very limited view of the beach/pool area and there is some minor driveway/access noise. If you're solo or a couple, this unit is perfect and the owner, Maria, is wonderful. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Very complete kitchen. 2 large screen TVs for streaming movies. The beautiful La Isla mall is next door but they were mostly American stores. The gated entrance at the street, and beach makes the complex feel very safe. We enjoyed that the tennis courts are open for pickleball at various times. The on site restaurant has entertainment 3 of the nights we were there and we luckily got in though we hadn't made a reservation for those nights. Maria stays in close contact via Whatsapp and quickly responds to any questions that might arise. Our only negatives would be that an ocean view would have been preferred but her condo is priced accordingly. And many features in the condo needed a remote control to operate and we were confused as to which ones worked. It was the first time staying in the Hotel Zone instead of a Mexican neighborhood and if one enjoys all the beautiful pools that is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay. Maria is a great hostess and when we needed help she responded immediately. Couldn't have ask for a better vacation
