For shared use: large garden with lawn and plants, natural garden. Patio, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m.
