Above Haslen AI, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 26 km from the lake, 12 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: large garden with lawn and plants, natural garden. Patio, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Tolle Lage allein auf einem Berg, Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus. Freundlicher Empfang. Haus eher älter, teilweise renoviert, einfache und zweckmässige Ausstattung, Küche neu und gemütlich, Wohnzimmer eher ungemütlich- sehr kleiner Fernseher, unbequeme Couch. Betten in Ordnung, genug Schränke. Sitzplatz aussen nah am Spielgerät, mit Grill, festem Tisch und Bänken, Holz wird vom Vermieter abgegeben. Tolles Restaurant in der Nähe.

Eine Traumdestination für alle Natur-, Berg-, Wetter-, Kuh- und Kulinarikliebhaber. Ein Ort zwischen Himmel und Erde, Moderne und Tradition, Land- und sonstiger Wirtschaft. Zentralste Lage.Man kann einsam sein, aber auch sich in kürzester Zeit ins Getümmel begeben. Supermenschen mit einem wunderbaren Gespür für Nähe und Distanz. Ein Traumort - eben.

Superbe appartement sur 2 étages.très propre et bien équipé.avec une machine à café turmix.au calme .le propriétaire habite en bas et très sympathique même si il ne parle pas français. La connexion internet est limite mais pour se couper du monde quelques jours ce n’est pas grave
