About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century farmhouse, formerly used as an oil mill, and recently renovated with great attention and respect for the surrounding environment. The owners occasionally live in the main house, with access and separate garden. On the ground floor is the apartment, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large living room-kitchen with sofa bed and furnished with taste and sobriety. The apartment is equipped with all comforts. Outside, available to guests, a large equipped solarium, which overlooks a lush and extensive garden of citrus fruits, fruit trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, surrounded by ancient olive trees, where you can have lunch or dinner under an elegant gazebo. Also outside, available to guests, there is a kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water, a laundry room and covered parking.
It represents an ideal place to spend peaceful holidays, where you can enjoy, since sunset, an extraordinary coolness (rare for Sicily) after a day spent at the beach.

We were here in a nice spring season, with blooming trees in the garden and a nice smell in the air. The house is really cosy and clean, with all you need and even a little more. Wonderful linens and great attention to particulars, it was a pleasure to stay at home when it rained. Of course we took many excursions to surrounding areas and enjoied the fantastic mountains and close by beautiful beach. We plan on returning next summer for nice swims and snorkeling. A special thanks to our hosts Giuseppe and Sara who were very kind and patient with us. We recommend the very good "granita with Brioche" in town.

thank ou very much for your hospitality and the warm welcome at Villa Oceri. Your house has been a fantastic base to visit Northern Sicily during the three weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. You both made us feel so special. It was tempting to hang around the house and it's magnificent garden with the lemon trees, but after we settled in, we managed to embark on a wide variety of one-day trips.We widely explored the landscape around Villa Oceri by mountain biking around Nebrodi and hiking to the top of the vulvano Etna. Specially we will remember the breakfast at the terrace watching your other tiny winged friends unresting to construct a nest under the roof of Villa Oceri. The appartment was perfect, clean and well equipped for the daily use. Hopefully we could get together next year at Sicila? Or much better think a about a visit to the Freiburg and the Black Forest around Christmas time.
