Gîte located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a housing estate, close to the shops of Le Croisic and 500 m from a fine sandy beach. Enclosed garden of 440 m² with terrace (southeast).
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet, and pantry. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: two single beds (90x190 cm) + crib, 2: 140x190 cm bed + crib, 3: 140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Complete baby equipment, freezer, radio/CD and Blu-Ray HD DVD player + children's DVDs, Wi-Fi.
Included: Electricity, electric heating, bed linens.
Not included: towels, optional cleaning fee (€75).
Bicycle garage.
Rentals Saturday to Saturday, open all year round. Tourist clientele only. Guérande / La Baule 15 km.
