Emplacement parfait, appartement en RDC avec salon de jardin, proximité de la piscine, parfait pour la surveillance des enfants

situation appréciable : vue sur le tennis la piscine et directement face à l'ocean mais mobilier dans son jus d'origine, un peu vieillot / un lave vaisselle serait utile/ terrasse loggia totalement inutilisable par temps de pluie
