This exquisite and upscale South Padre Island getaway is exactly what you need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway with your family or friends. Featuring a gorgeous outdoor pool, a convenient gas grill nearby the pergola, and outdoor lighting, this family-friendly retreat boasts fun for all ages and without leaving the property. Step inside to three levels of amazing and sleek decor and state-of-the-art amenities throughout. On the first floor, you'll find one of the bedrooms along with a wet bar and direct access to the patio where the pergola, private gas grill, and pool. (Pool is NOT heated) Moving up to the second and main floor, you'll be welcomed by tile flooring throughout and a spacious living area with plenty of sitting room, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops, and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. And last, but not least, you'll find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor.

In a great location close to Padre Blvd and within walking distance to everything South Padre Island has to offer, you won't find anything like Oleander Paradise - Unit A. When you are not relaxing in the fantastic pool, spend your days exploring the beach, rent a golf cart, take kiteboarding lessons, and discover all the local restaurants and souvenir shops. In the evening during the summer, admire the fireworks show that lights up the island sky! The famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark is three miles south for endless family-friendly entertainment.

Everything was good except the AC leak, but got repaired right away. Other than that, i was happy with the stay.

Pros: clean, well decorated, great location, quick responses. Cons: downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom, there’s one toilet not a shower outside but in the middle of the night who wants to go outside. They also got a little petty and wouldn’t give us one additional trash bag which I thought was silly for how much you pay which is why I took a star down. Also just to note it’s 3 stories which is a little difficult with littles.

The property was nice, but the management was not worth the rental. We had front door lock issues. As a result, we were locked out for several hours, had to enter through the bacon door the whole stay, and had to leave belongings unsecured. Other issues were the pool needed cleaning and the hot tub was not filled. There was no way to water hose or way to fill the hot tub. ICE maker and WiFi not working. I was on the phone with management for a good amount of my stay. The pool was cleaned but we never had anyone come out to fix the door.
