About this bed and breakfast

The Riverpath Inn, has 7 bedroom and 5 bathrooms with a large, kitchen, dinning area, living room, game room and sauna. This is an ideal location for large family reunions & group activities. There is a main level deck with a BBQ grill and enough private parking to accommodate 5 compact cars.
Eugene is distributed along the banks of the Willamette river just steps North from the Riverpath Inn. There are more than 16 miles of wide, mostly smooth sidewalks along the river front. Many dozens of additional miles in mulched jogging trails and hiking paths make tributaries from the main line.
Without getting back into a car you can start by exploring; Sladden Park, The Owen Rose Gardens, Maurie Jacobs Park, Skinner Butte, Valley River Center, the Delta Ponds, Washington Jefferson Skate Park, University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, Elevation Bouldering Gym, Bounce Gymnastics, all within a 2 mile radius.
If you want to get out a little further we definitely recommend exploring the Ruth Bascom trail system. This path allows you to travel North past the Valley River Center bridge over the Owosso bridge all the way up to the North Delta Highway. Heading South past the Valley River Center pedestrian bridge you’ll first pass the Peter DeFazio bridge and Alton Baker Park, then past Autzen Stadium to Knickerbocker Bridge and all the way to South D Street in Springfield if you like.
You can find more great hiking and exploring at Mount Pisgah and there are spectacular views available for those who make it to the top of Spencer’s Butte.
Fox Hollow Trail, Fern Ridge Trail and Amazon Trail are also great ways to explore the greater Eugene area.

Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.

We had 14 friends and family members come together in Eugene for the UO / UW football game. The Riverpath Inn is perfect for a group that size. The home is unique (as it feels like an Inn), spacious and the decor inside felt great. There is ample parking for up to 4 cars in the drive area. Couple items of note. For those that are coming for an event: Autzen is definitely walkable but takes about 35 to 40 minutes. Walking to the Basketball Arena is a bit too far for most (2.8 miles - we tried one way and had to take an Uber back). Downtown is about a 30 minute walk. The home has an entertainment basement area with games, but for those that are looking to watch a game at the residence there is only one small TV in the main sitting area. This home is historic and feels historic inside. Overall everyone in our party commented how amazing the home was and all said they would love to come back for another time. The owners were also very responsive and checking in and out was easy. We all highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed staying here. All of the amenities and decor were thought out perfect! We have a large family and we’re able to all be together in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Having 5 bathrooms was awesome! We LOVED the morning walks along the River and the Rose Garden. Hope to stay here again.

We came up to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and everything about the place was perfect for our large group.
