MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather in the cozy but light-filled first-floor family room. It flows through an archway into the dining room and beautifully renovated kitchen that has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. You can’t help but feel happy and relaxed hanging out downstairs in this cozy yet open space.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor bunk room sleeps 4 in charming built-in twin bunks, and it has a full bath. The second floor offers three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king bed and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony, accessed through French doors, showcases beautiful dune views. Another guest bedroom features a queen bed and feels like an all-white oasis. It shares a bathroom with a second bunk room, where four more sturdy, twin built-ins are piled with banks of colorful pillows.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sunny Days is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sunny Days the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

The house was great. Very clean and well maintained. The master suite was a dream. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a King beds instead of a Queen. The coffee maker was not working while we were there, so we bad to buy coffee from the local coffee shop every morning. Other than that, it was a fantastic home and very close to all amenities.

Overall the property was good and as stated in the listing. We have stayed at Cinnamon Shore multiple times and the thing that was disappointing compared to other places was the lack of "essentials" if you will in the kitchen that really did impact our stay. I believe this was just becuase this property is "for sale" so maybe there is no official owner anymore to provide these things. For instance, there were no mixing bowls/storage items in the kitchen. So things like cutting up a watermelon there was no where to put it when we were done. There were no spatulas for cooking too. Many of our planned meals for at home and at the beach were impacted by this as we did not bring our own and did not have time to go to a store to purchase these things. While in the grand scheme of things this wasnt a huge deal, it was definately something that impacted us and would have been nice to know prior to booking this property. Upon arrival we did not have hot water but Cinnmon shore management was veyr prompt to answer and come and fix it even late at night. We love the property as a whole and will be back - but maybe not to this specific house.
