Slide back the doors onto the terrace that overlooks the pool area below, take a deep breath of the Sunshine Beach sea air and simply relax. The open-plan concept on living area creates an easy flow throughout and is lovingly furnished with eye-catching art pieces.
A private deck with BBQ for your personal use is located off the lounge and kitchen area. This is undercover making it usable during all weather conditions.
The two story Villa features an open-concept living area, contrasting textures and patterns, earth tones with travertine stone throughout, a flowing deck from the lounge, and a separate breakfast or dining space. Wash off from a day at the beach with a dip in the pool and then listen to the waves roll into Sunshine Beach from the deck whilst enjoying your holiday.
Lower level: The master bedroom has a King bed plus ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom with louver features has twin singles for families (can be pushed together as a King bed), with a 2nd bathroom servicing the second bedroom.
The private plunge pool is for the exclusive use of guests of The Villa.
Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer.
For guests comfort we have Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
Bedding: Master - King
Second - Two King Singles (or King bed - please advise if this is the preferred option.).
Please note: Stairs need to be considered for small children and toddlers.
Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
Please note – Under no circumstance is this holiday property to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property was very clean and comfortable for our 5night stay. Sacha was very responsive to all communication. We’d certainly stay here again.Property description says 2 car parks however is a little misleading, only has one useable carpark plus street parking.

The property is in such a convenient location and is nice and spacious. The property was quite sandy and dirty and the bbq hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the only power point in the kitchen didn’t work but Sacha was very quick to rectify these issues by having a cleaner and an electrician come in. Thank you for having us Sacha and for being so accommodating, we really appreciated it.
