“Welcome to our condo. For over thirty years we have been returning to this location and finally decided it was time to buy. We love being right on the beach adjoining both Kamaole I and II. They are among the best beaches we have ever encountered. From our condo the views are unbeatable. We enjoy watching all the water activities, the turtles, porpoises, whales, etc., all from our unit. The collection of restaurants and shops directly across the street are very convenient and good. The microclimate here is drier than many other areas on Maui. We know you will enjoy a stay here.”

The condo is very outdated. We knew it did not have any AC but we have stayed in other condos where this was no issue. However, the sun is baking in the windows from 2-sunset and the curtains in the bedroom cannot keep it out. It gets really hot in the unit in the afternoon. Most of the kitchen supplies are old and rusty. The location of the unit is great, but it is right above the pool which we did not appreciate. It is close to the beach and the town and you can walk to most places. We love Maui, but will not be coming back to this unit. It is simply too expensive for what you get.
