The home features two stylish King size bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds along with a queen sofa sleeper.
Fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and dining needs along with in unit laundry.
There’s one shared wall with the studio unit, however separate entrances and yards. Common pathway into the complex is shared with neighbors.
Close to breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, Balboa Park, the Zoo and Beaches.

Walkable neighborhood. Uber is also easily accessible if you decide to do without a rental car.
This home has a back shared wall with the studio unit. Please look for the address before entering. There`s a fence gate and a blue entry gate into the home.
Driveway parking is for compact cars. Additional parking spot in alley and street parking available.

Place was very clean, nicely appointed, a couple blocks from some decent restaurants and bars. Biggest problem was that we booked for 4 adults who each needed their own bedroom for various reasons and it advertised 4 bedrooms but on arrival, we discovered it only had 3 bedrooms, one of which had two beds. When I asked the host about it she argued with me and said it was listed as 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and left it at that, but it very clearly states on the listing it has 4 bedrooms, so one of us had to take the couch in the living room which was not ideal. Other than that, great space, nice area, parking was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow. We were in town for my sister’s wedding with my elderly parents and they also appreciated the propriety. Great communication from our host and wonderful location.
