The villa extends over a plot of 2,200 m² with 8x4 m swimming pool, jacuzzi and sea view. A large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the outside. The petanque court offers a friendly space. Table tennis table, table football. 2 hours of cleaning per day are included for your trip.

The entrance opens onto a library and a comfortable living room with sofa, television and fireplace. Guest restrooms.
The main room, open to the sea, includes a living room (6-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, table football) and a dining room for 14 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, wine cellar, wine cellar, wine cellar, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster. Direct access to the terrace and pool.

Bedroom 1 (sea view): 140 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower and sink.
