About this house rental
Welcome to the Tiny House! Experience Fargo like a local in this 1 bedroom house, near NDSU. This beautiful space is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, modern amenities, laundry, and a relaxing hot tub! The living room also offers an additional sleeping space with a cozy sofa bed.
Expect to hear some traffic noise as property is located near an overpass.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a small dishwasher for easy clean-up. Outdoor cooking/ grill available during the summer months.
Bathroom: Relax in the large soaker tub with a rainfall and hand held shower head. Stackable washer and dryer is also located in the bathroom.
Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortable queen bed for a solid night's sleep in the bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa located in the living room. Extra pillows and blankets are furnished. Hangers and shelving are also available in the bedroom closet.
Entertainment: High speed Wifi available with Smart televisions in both the living room and bedroom. The Wifi password is easily located on the fridge.

Location: Situated close to NDSU / Fargo Dome for concerts, games and events, and also 5 minutes from the airport.
Hot Tub: Relax in the hot tub located steps from the door! Useful for drying off or entering and exiting the hot tub, fresh bath robes are hung in the bedroom closet.
Parking: Plenty of parking with this double garage with keyless entry and private driveway.
Note: Outdoor cameras may be in use for monitoring the property.

This was the perfect stay at a perfect location! Everything was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. We didn't use the hottub but it was a very private setup for it. Loved it!

This is a great place to stay if you want to do a Girls’ weekend with your bestie. Easy access to the interstate makes food and shopping all over Fargo easy to access. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Site was clean and hostess was responsive to any questions we had. Thank You.
