Pattier Bas: Chalet "Sven Heul". On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre. Private: garden 90 m2 with lawn. Bumpy, steep motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, La Crettaz" 350 m, railway station "Sion" 14.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Sven Heul", 5-room chalet 105 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2015, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north-east facing position. Een prima woning om met het gezin, familieleden en / of vrienden een week of langer te verblijven. De woning was schoon en netjes. Prettig was dat ook een hond welkom is.

Positif: Terrasse fermée et grande Emplacement très au calme et pas trop excentré Cuisine bien équipée 3 WC et 2 douches pratique à 8 personnes Chiens acceptés 3 place de parc bien situées et à l’ombre! Négatif: Trop étroit pour 8 personnes Odeur de renfermé dans certaines pièces Matelas durs Route d’accès très abîmée
