Modern, beautiful single-family house. In the resort, 1.2 km from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 06:00-22:00). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Roofed, parking. Restaurant 800 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Estació d'Autobusos" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Es una casa con un equipamiento excepcional y muy espaciosa por los jardines, salas de estar y cocina. Esta totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Muy bien situada porque está al lado de la carretera hacia Santa Pau para ir a ver la zona volcánica y la Fageda. La atención de M. perfecta con una incidencia de corte de luz que hubo, lo resolvió de la mejor manera posible.
