Vizcondado de Cabanyes 3 km from Calonge: House "Solenza". 5 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, riding stable 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Positiv: Pool war hervorragend, Betten auch. Die Anlage liegt hervorragend. Guter Startort für Ausflüge. Negativ: Die Küchengeräte sind z. T. verrostet. Die Küchen sollten insgesamt erneuert werden. Das Bad im Haupthaus hat leicht nach ... gerochen.

Das Haus war sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmeranordnung ist ein bisschen aussergewöhnlich. Beim Eingang ist gleich die kleine Küche, dann das Esszimmer und eine Sat TV Ecke mit 4 Sesseln und der Ausgang zu einer Terrasse. Im unteren Stock befinden sich ein grosses Badezimmer mit Wanne aber leider ohne Duschvorhang. Zwei Zimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool. Nur durch diese Zimmer geht's raus zum Pool. Draussen hat es noch ein angebautes Zimmer das nur von aussen betreten werden kann... Ein Poolhaus ist als Einzimmerwhg. verfügbar. Dort hat es eine winzige Dusche mit Vorhang der dauernd an einem kleben bleibt und es ist unmöglich dass während dem Duschen kein Wasser rausspritzt da der Vorhang nichts aufhält. Schöner grosser Umschwung, alles gepflegt und ein sehr sauberer Pool! Ideal mit Kindern und auch mit Haustieren, da es auch noch eine grosse Wiese hat.
