Breathe in the refreshing salt air from this traditional, ocean front one bedroom, one bath condominium in Marigot Beach on 102nd street. Situated on the eighth floor, the oceanfront balcony avails you of wonderful views of the beach and sparkling ocean waves, not to mention the sunrises! Relax in the comfy living room in your down time with cable television and building provided wifi. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Accommodating up to four people, the bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Main bath has a walk in shower. Marigot Beach amenities include an indoor pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor deck with lounge chairs, and an outside shower. The location is close to the bayside Gold Coast Mall which features restaurants, a theater and shopping and is also only 10 blocks from local grocery stores to the south and north. Guest supplies sheets, towels. all soaps and paper products. This property rents any 3 nights all season.
An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Private Ocean Front balcony.

The property is good, but I highly recommend bringing some extra stuff to sleep on if you’re coming with family. The bedding is extremely stiff. The pull out couch has springs almost popping out of the mattress, just your normal wear and tear. We ended up getting something to lay on the mattress because our children said the springs hurt too much. I did explain to them that those mattresses are always a little thinner because they have to be able to fold up but when I felt it, I could feel it too. Almost nothing but springs.
