Its design blends seamlessly with the majestic surroundings and breathtaking views. It features terraces, a central courtyard, an open kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a library, three bedrooms with walk-in closets, three full bathrooms, balconies, and a laundry room. It includes access to La Terraza Acapulco (shared), featuring a lagoon, a palapa with a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a solarium with a jacuzzi.

Accommodation capacity can be expanded upon request. The library can be converted into a bedroom with a double bed, allowing the total capacity of La Casa Prieta to be increased to 10 guests. This arrangement involves an additional cost and is quoted separately.

Artists and artisans employed traditional techniques on the floors, stucco walls, and earthen plaster, ensuring that the space blends seamlessly with its surroundings of expansive gardens and endless mountain views.

Guests have full and exclusive access to all facilities, services, furnishings, and amenities within La Casa Prieta, allowing them to enjoy the independence and comfort of feeling right at home. Everything is designed to facilitate a relaxed and pleasant experience, inviting you to take a deep breath and reconnect with your true self.

The property offers mobile internet coverage at various locations for those with data plans, as well as Wi-Fi in a central hub located in the Living Room, equipped for networking. No signal boosters have been installed, encouraging guests to consciously disconnect from the constant digital and urban demands.

Before, during, and after your stay, the host will always be attentive to your reservation process and overall experience. In addition, a manager will be available on the property at all times to ensure safety and the proper functioning of services, as well as housekeeping and cleaning staff, all included in the cost.

Additional services such as firewood, heating the hot tub, menu design and meal preparation, commemorative experiences, classes, or sessions with specialized therapists, among others, are available upon prior request and at an additional cost.

If there are other guests at any of the other properties, priority will be given to La Casa Prieta, and schedules for the use of common areas will be coordinated to ensure harmonious coexistence.

The property is a unique and 100% sustainable architectural masterpiece. Its design integrates sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality in perfect harmony with the mountains of Acatitlán, Valle de Bravo. The interior is adorned with carefully selected works of art to enrich the aesthetic and cultural experience.

The residence’s sustainability is reinforced by El Centro de Energías, a system that collects rainwater and processes it through a biological treatment plant, regenerating and purifying wastewater for reuse. In addition, it generates 100% of its electricity through solar power and is equipped with a backup system and voltage regulator, ensuring self-sufficiency and minimal environmental impact.

Casa Prieta is not just a place to stay, but a timeless environment that invites respect for and appreciation of art, architecture, and the natural beauty that surrounds it. Guests are asked to take care of every corner of the property, including the artwork, furniture, and decorative items. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Guests are also encouraged to use resources responsibly, ensuring proper waste disposal and efficient energy management.

NOTICES:

1. Additional Capacity and Inflatable Beds:
Casa Prieta can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. Of this capacity, four spaces are equipped with inflatable beds, available only upon prior request and at an additional cost. Layout: two single air mattresses in the lofts, and one double and one single air mattress in the library. The remaining guests (up to seven) are accommodated in the regular beds.

2. Gatherings and Celebrations:
Permitted exclusively for registered guests, provided quiet hours and the natural environment are respected. Any damage will be assessed and charged immediately, based on its value and restoration costs.

3. The Acapulco Terrace and Common Areas:
Access to the terrace, gardens, and other common areas is shared when there are multiple reservations, with priority given to La Casa Prieta. This includes the lagoon, palapa with kitchen, dining room, living room, sun deck, and hot tub. If necessary, schedules will be coordinated.

4. Care of Artwork, Furniture, and Surfaces:
Artwork must not be touched. Furniture must be handled with care to prevent damage to floors and textiles. Avoid spills that may stain (wine, coffee, juices, oils). Do not place hot objects directly on surfaces or drag furniture. Any damage will be assessed and charged proportionally.

5. Pets:
As a general rule, pets are not allowed due to the artwork and delicate finishes. In exceptional cases, and upon prior request, the stay of small or medium-sized pets may be considered, subject to special conditions, a security deposit, and an extra cleaning fee.

6. Property Handover and Inspection:
A handover and inspection process will be conducted upon check-in and check-out. During your stay, staff will be present to provide support, cleaning, and supervision without infringing on your privacy. At the end of your stay, a joint inspection will be conducted. In the event of damage, a report will be filed with photographic evidence. The security deposit will be returned in full if there is no damage; otherwise, the corresponding amount will be deducted.
