Beautiful newer construction vacation home located in South Haven, MI. Nestled in a serene wooded area on the north side of town. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms; 1 queen master suite down, 3 bedrooms up - 2 queens, and a room with 2 sets of bunks. Perfect to host extended family and friends.
There are 2.5 baths, open concept living/dining with sweeping vaulted ceilings and a family room upstairs with large flat screen tv, DVD's, games, and pull out sofa.
It's located in a quiet area but only 0.5 mile from 1st Street beach access, hop on the Kal-Haven trail, easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants, and the highway for day trips to the wineries, golf and nearby towns of Saugatuck/Douglas.

We LOVED our stay! The house was a perfect floor plan for a large family with children! Had lots of extras including bikes, video games, ping pong table, foosball, toys, & board games! Spacious kitchen & large dining room table. Nice patio area with fire pit that was great for s’ mores. The house was clean, modern & nicely decorated. All our children and grandkids stayed together for a week & it was awesome!!!

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and we loved the “extras” that came with it! We had so much fun playing ping pong and pinball! One of our best vacations so far. Everyone had plenty of space and it was easy access to all we wanted to do! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house, close to beach. Saw a mama and baby deer each morning while we drank our coffee. Great space for families!!
