About this house rental
1200 Orange Ct is a hidden gem! The home has been updated and gives you all the beachy feels! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect escape to paradise. This vacation rental home is known for its outdoors. Step outside to a large lanai with options to lounge in the shade or post up enjoying all the sunshine you want. There is large pool to cool down and relax or enjoy watching your kids play. Another bonus is that this location is a BOATERS DREAM, with fantastic boating access. Look no further this homes offers a little for everyone and with lots of privacy.
Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS. MAY THROUGH MID-NOVEMBER.
